Overview

One chat, a whole real-estate toolkit

Instead of juggling a search portal, a mortgage calculator, a spreadsheet of comps, and a contacts list, you have a single assistant that reaches for the right tool for each question. Ask a question the way you'd ask a sharp analyst on your team — Bethel figures out which tool to use, runs it, and answers with the numbers and their assumptions.

Built for trust. Bethel never invents listing or valuation data — those come from real data tools, and every result is labeled with its source. Financing and investment math is real, but always presented as an estimate with its assumptions stated. Each user's clients and data stay private to that user.

Under the hood, Bethel is a conversational AI agent (Claude) connected to a set of real-estate tools. It reads your request, picks the right tool, runs it, and explains the result — so answers are grounded in data and math, not made up.

Connecting live data is a paste-in-a-key step: each user adds their own provider keys under Settings → Environment, and they're used only for that user's tools. The same tools swap from sample to live data with no change to how you ask.
